You must recognize and realize who you are before the judicial system (CRA, court system etc.). When you read the tax act, (ITA) you will learn about exempt earnings / exempt income. You can choose to be a taxpayer, or you can choose not to. You can choose to exchange your free time, your energy, and your property with anyone you wish. It is not wages, salary or commission - it is private income (compensation) and anything in the private is exempt. It is legal and lawful and is not taxable. As a free sovereign entity, I have never been audited by CRA. No one I have worked with has ever been audited by CRA."
